Strategic Leadership

Transforming the leadership capabilities of business owners, managers, and team leaders

This focused course pulls apart the notion of leadership, starting with a microscopic study of the most important part: you.

Working with the Three Pillars of Leadership, you’ll look at the role of leader from different perspectives: leading the self, leading others and leading the business. You’ll gain the practical tools and in-depth perception you need to find the optimal balance between the three.

Ultimately, you’ll be empowered to redefine leadership on your own terms and guide yourself, your team and your business forward with confidence and clarity.

Our Strategic Leadership course is designed for anyone in a leadership position – owners, managers, team leaders – who wants to take the next step towards mastering themself within their role.

There is no leadership textbook to follow; no ‘correct’ way to be a leader. This course will challenge you to look within and make vital changes to yourself and your organisation, discovering your own style as an inspiring and successful leader.

You’ll learn about your own patterns of thought, emotion and behaviour, and how they impact on your relationships. You’ll gain an understanding of team dynamics and how to optimise your team’s productivity. You’ll map out your leadership strategy using a systemic approach, breaking the operations into processes and identifying weak points, then improving them.

On this six-week journey, you’ll develop self-insight, master how to manage your own time effectively, and learn the psychology behind optimising team productivity. You’ll zoom out to a strategic level and refine a systematic, process-led approach to organisational design and long-term profitability.

Throughout the course, you’ll receive:

  • A detailed, self-generated psychometric profile
  • A personal development plan
  • A time-management framework
