2-Day Immersion

If you run a gym or are considering opening a facility in the near future, this two day immersion is for you and your team. Spend two days in our W10 gym with our coaches and management team and get an in-person insight into the day-to-day running of the UK’s busiest and most established small group personal training gym.

We’ll take you step-by-step through the exact systems and processes that we use to maximise footfall, automate our service and systems, manage our budgets and numbers, and of course provide consistent results for our members.

This up close and personal two days will give you the tools and systems to operate more efficiently, get better results for your members, make more money and drive your business forward.

Know your business

We will start with the usual pleasantries and get to know each other and our individual businesses. These days will be fast-paced and will be capped at 8 people, ensuring that the learning experience is personal and that we can address any specific and directly relevant questions in real time. 

10:00 - 11:30
Member journey

Take an in-depth look into the step-by-step process that we follow to nurture people from front to back, driving retention annually to over 90%. We’ll look at enquiry handling, short-term programme management, nutritional coaching, membership conversions and long-term retention strategies.

Small Group Personal Training: Practical 

You’ll be coached through a Small Group Personal Training session by one of our W10 coaches. This really is the only way to understand first-hand how the sessions flow, how they can be modified to suit personal requirements and how we use the pod system to deliver exceptional results.

Small Group Personal Training: Theory 

Learn how we design our personal training programmes and ensure that everything we do across the gym is complementary. You’ll understand our programme rationale, learn how we do our evaluations, modify our programme for different people. You will also see our staff training and development manual, which we use to drive continuity.

Accountability and Retention 

Accountability and member feedback plays a huge part in our retention success and it’s an area that we place a lot of emphasis on. You’ll learn how we manage a our member admin, how we schedule our events, and how we use automation to ensure that we provide an unparalleled service.

Individual questions and business hot-seats 

We will no doubt go off-piste throughout the day, but we’ll finish with a parking lot session where we can re-visit and flesh out any questions that have come up through the day. This will be an opportunity to focus on individual businesses and their specific challenges.

Learn how we attract and retain the best coaching staff in the business.  We’ll take you through the exact processes that we follow for staff recruitment, development and retention. You’ll see our coaches journey, performance management system, how we organise our rota and classes and more.  

10:30 - 11:30
Systems and administration 

See first hand how the facility runs on a day-to-day basis, including operational checklists, booking system, standards walks, health & safety checks and more. We’ll also take you through our working KPI and sales reporting systems, so that you understand exactly how we process our enquiries and keep track of the key numbers.

Group Training: Practical 

Following on from yesterdays Small Group Personal Training theory and practical, you’ll be put through one of our complementary C3
classes. This will give you an insight into how we personalise our group training and how we programme these sessions to ensure that
they compliment our personal training programme.

Group Training: Theory 

We’ll show you how we integrate our signature C3 classes, barbell club, female specific classes, boxing and yoga sessions into our gym class timetable. You’ll see first hand the cross-disciplinary programming which we use to ensure that our sessions compliment rather than cannibalise each other.

Sales & Marketing 

You’ll learn how we use our very simple tried-and-tested marketing schedule to ensure that we have a constant flow of new faces coming to the gym. We’ll review our website structure, our sales process and how we take people on a journey every step of the way to becoming a W10 member.
